Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a booking cancellation after confirmation, the minimum package cost (8 hours/80 kilometers + GST per day per vehicle) will be charged.

If you opt to change the booking date after confirmation, the minimum package cost for all originally booked dates will be charged. Please note that the availability of the vehicle for another date will only be confirmed on the day of the change."

How do i cancel my booking

You can cancel your booking at least 8 hours before the reporting time, either online via email to our reservation center or by calling our customer service team.

Refund Policy 
Refund will be made within 8 working hours or next business day after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy, A refund will be initiated back to the source.
